This coffee has been roasted to accentuate the volumptuous note of roasted coffee, with a cedar like quality on the nose enticing the palate to experiance a smooth, well developed body and creamy mouthfeel. This coffee makes a delicious espresso and will cut through steamed and texturised milk to create popular beverages that will exhibit buttery notes and hints of chocolate that allow a pleasant lingering aftertaste. 
 
The Arabica element of this blend is Brazillian Santos. The name comes from the market port at which coffee is traditionally traded and shipped in the country. The coffee has been roasted to produce a fully developed and deep complex flavour. This coffee is ideally suited to milk-based beverages.
